Baler Operator – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts in Recycling Plant

Job Description

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Lanark (ML11) is seeking a Baler Operator for our busy recycling plant. This full-time role follows a 4 on, 4 off rotating days and nights pattern with 12-hour shifts and full pay.

You will operate and monitor baling machinery safely, process recyclables to required standards, perform routine checks and basic maintenance, ensure finished bales meet quality targets, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
