Bakery Shop Supervisor – Senior Sales & Service

Job Description

Bayne’s the Family Bakers in Stirling is seeking a Shop Supervisor to work alongside the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager. You will run the shop in their absence, promote our values, and deliver moments of joy to customers.

The role includes 30 hours per week, with shifts across early mornings, weekends, and weekdays. You will lead by example, manage displays and stock, handle cash, and resolve customer queries while maintaining high standards of service and shop presentation.
