Job Description

INDSIM in Oakham is seeking Food Production Operatives for Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with immediate starts. Join a busy bakery team and contribute to the preparation, packaging and production flow. You’ll help ensure hygiene and food safety standards, operate machinery and work with a supportive on-site team to meet daily targets.

Previous food production experience is a bonus but not essential. Competitive hourly rates and weekly pay are offered, with ongoing work and potential permanent
