Job Description
Salary: £80,000 – 80,000 per year
Requirements
- Advanced C++ backend software engineering experience
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to learn and pick up new technologies
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Some experience with Rust, TypeScript, and/or Python
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices
- Degree educated in a STEM discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to projects ranging from rapid prototyping and proof-of-concepts to scalable production platforms
- Help advance cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies and drive innovation
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Mentor and develop fellow engineers
- Work mainly with backend C++ alongside Python, Rust, and emerging technologies
- Solve complex problems and iterate quickly in a rapid development environment
