B3 Product Lead

Job Description

Join Social Security Scotland as a Product Lead within the Data Change team and play a key role in delivering high quality data, reporting, and insights across the organisation. Sitting within the Data Services branch of the Data Office, you’ll support the Product Owner to shape and deliver a suite of dashboards and management information, using AWS and Microsoft platforms.

You’ll help ensure data products meet business needs, are delivered at the right time and quality, and continue to add value through ongoing improvement. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll guide delivery approaches, turn complex requirements into clear solutions, and help maximise the impact and use of data across the organisation-while developing your skills and progressing your career in a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Senior product managers manage multiple products or a single product that is especially complex, high risk or sensitive.

• Potentially be involved in elements of programme management activity
• Be involved in hiring associates, product managers and contractors
