Automotive Parts Advisor – Customer Focused, Growth Role

Job Description

Douglas Park BMW in Hamilton is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join the Parts Department. You will deliver excellent customer service, manage parts enquiries and support sales targets in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The role requires 2+ years of automotive parts experience, strong communication, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. A full clean driving licence is desirable, and Kerridge knowledge is a plus.
