Autistic Young Adult Support Buddy – Flexible Shifts

Job Description

Ayrshire Independent Living Network is seeking a flexible Support Worker/Buddy in Cumnock. The position requires approximately 4 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour. Responsibilities include providing social support and companionship to a young adult with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Applicants must have experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to manage medications and seizures. A 6-month probationary period applies, along with provision of references and a PVG disclosure.
