Routes To Work South in Lanark is seeking Autism Practitioners to support adults in a transitional assessment service. You will provide person-centred care, help them achieve their goals, and work shifts including weekends and evenings in a calm, low-arousal environment.

The role focuses on dignity, comfort and independence, with activities such as walks, swimming, and visits. Training starts on day one, with opportunities for SVQ funding and benefits including pension and life assurance.
