  • Be the go-to contact for your clients, building credibility quickly and dealing with any technical or commercial queries
  • Work closely with Partners on more complex assurance assignments and occasional advisory projects
  • Coach and develop junior staff, managing workflow, reviewing work, and helping them grow in confidence and capability
  • Keep up to date with changes in audit and accounting standards, sharing knowledge internally and externally
  • Spot opportunities to add value to clients and support the growth of the audit portfolio

About You

You will be:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with solid audit experience in UK practice
  • A track record of leading audits and managing client relationships confidently
  • Strong technical knowledge across UK GAAP/IFRS and auditing standards
  • Experience supervising, reviewing, and developing junior colleagues
  • A commercial mindset and the confidence to advise clients beyond the basics
  • Clear communication, good organisation, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
