The Role – Audit Manager

The Audit Manager will take ownership of audit delivery across a varied client base, ensuring quality, consistency and strong client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the planning, execution and completion of audit assignments
  • Overseeing audit quality, compliance and technical standards
  • Acting as the primary escalation point for audit clients
  • Reviewing audit files and providing clear, constructive feedback
  • Managing budgets, deadlines and audit resources
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing Audit Seniors and trainees
  • Supporting Partners with audit strategy and client development
  • Identifying opportunities to improve audit processes and delivery

This is a managerial role, focused on leadership, oversight and client confidence rather than hands on testing alone.
