Gaucho in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver memorable guest experiences while achieving strong commercial results. You will work with the General Manager to develop both front- and back-of-house teams and drive the restaurant’s performance.

You will lead by example, coach staff, manage staffing and training, and ensure food safety and regulatory standards are consistently met. A genuine passion for hospitality and team development is essential.
