Job Description

Meldrum House Hotel is seeking an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to support the Restaurant & Bar Manager and the wider operations team in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences across Meldrum House Hotel.

This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll help lead daily service across the restaurant, bar, drawing room, dining domes, room service, golf and events operations, ensuring guests receive warm, attentive and memorable hospitality at every touchpoint.
