Assistant National Squad Operations Coordinator

Scottish Swimming is looking for a National Squad Assistant Team Manager to support the Team Manager and ensure the efficient operation of the National Squad. This role involves coordinating with coaches, managing logistical details for events, and maintaining strong communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have a transparent approach, strong organizational skills, and at least two years’ experience in team management. Membership with Scottish Swimming and relevant qualifications are required for this position.
