Responsibilities
- Live and breathe the Nando’s brand and values on shift across all channels
- Demonstrate passion for people, food and hospitality
- Lead with energy to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Drive development of your team and identify talent for future managers
- Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift, every day
- Participate as an integral member of the restaurant leadership team
- Deliver a positive guest experience and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous management experience with the energy to inspire and motivate
- Customer-focused with ability to deliver excellent PERi-PERi experiences
- Desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong leadership and people-development skills
