Niyaa people are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in Northampton who are looking for a Asbestos Manager to join their team on a Permanent basis with a competitive salary.
Responsibilities of the Asbestos Manager role:

  • Manage asbestos programmes and lift equipment systems
  • Being the main point of contact for the programmes and systems
  • Improve and implement existing asbestos services to drive customer satisfaction
  • Strategically ensuring the programme is reaching all regulatory regulations
  • Developing remedial and servicing asbestos programmes for the residential properties

  • Key skills needed for an Asbestos Manager:
  • Managed Asbestos programmes and lift equipment systems
  • IOSH management
  • P402
  • Lift and Escalator Industry Association
