Job Description

Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative in Airdrie!

Blue Arrow is looking for experienced warehouse operatives at our Airdrie site.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay rates: rates to increase April 2026

Day Shift (06:00-14:30): £12.21/hr

Afternoon Shift (14:00-22:00): £13.43/hr

Night Shift (23:00-07:00): £14.65/hr

(5 days out of 7, including some weekends)

A supportive team environment

Your Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Handle goods in/out and stock counting
  • Maintain health & safety standards
  • Perform quality checks and heavy lifting when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous warehouse and order-picking experience
  • Reliable work history
  • Ability to commit to full-time hours
  • Due to location own transport is preferred.
