Area Operations Specialist – Continuous Improvement

Job Description

Arla Lockerbie is seeking an Area Specialist to drive continuous improvement, improve equipment performance and develop operational capability across the Line-Centred Organization area. You’ll work with operators, maintenance teams and site leadership to deliver sustainable safety, quality and productivity gains.

You’ll lead CI activities, analyse production data, coach colleagues and help implement new digital tools and SOPs to boost performance.
