Clyde Property Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Manager for their Shawlands branch in Glasgow. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading branch operations, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional service standards. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong estate agency experience, sales negotiator background, and excellent leadership skills.

The position includes core hours from Monday to Friday with flexibility for late-night appointments and weekends. Salary is highly competitive, based on experience, plus performance-related bonuses.
