The Role

    This role is for Scotland and North area.

You Will

  • Be fully immersed in the Superdry brand, putting our consumers and values – Come As You Are, Do What’s Right, Deliver With Purpose at the centre of every decision.
    • Use your expertise to unlock opportunities through your Store Leaders, while taking a broader view across your area to drive sustainable growth, efficiency and profitability.
    • Champion our product and style identity, ensuring the strongest and most authentic brand expression across your markets.
    • Confidently use financial tools and insights to drive performance, balancing sales, profit and long-term brand health.
    • Make bold, informed decisions that are right for your consumers, your people, your markets and the brand.
    • Stay connected to your local markets and the wider fashion landscape, keeping Superdry relevant, competitive and ahead of trends.

    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with your Store Leaders – empowering them to act with confidence and do what’s right.
    • Coach and develop your team to deliver high performance, creating a culture of accountability, growth and pride.
    • Act as the voice of your area, representing your Store Leaders with passion and clarity at Head Office.
    • Collaborate with Head Office teams to share insight, challenge thinking and co-create solutions that drive success.
    • Partner closely with Merchandising to shape stock packages that maximise opportunity and reflect your market needs.

    • Approach challenges with creativity, working alongside your Store Leaders to find new and better ways of operating.
