ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST HEALTHCARE
Glasgow Design-Led Employee-Owned Practice

£40,000 – £48,000 depending on experience

A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of Scotland s most respected and design-led architectural practices.

They are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to play a key role in the technical delivery of a nationally significant flagship healthcare project, working across RIBA stages 4 and 5 within a collaborative and technically focused environment.

The role

You will:

  • Lead and coordinate technical delivery across RIBA stages 4 5.
  • Produce and manage detailed drawing packages and specifications.
  • Coordinate architectural information within a wider integrated design team.
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Support BIM coordination and technical compliance.
  • Assist with site delivery, technical queries, and construction-stage coordination.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of a nationally significant healthcare project.

Experienced Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician

  • Strong technical and construction knowledge.
  • Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA stages 4 5.
  • Revit proficiency essential.
  • Experience working within BIM Level 2 environments.
  • Healthcare project experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of Building Regulations and technical standards.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions.
