Great new role for a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Technologist to join an expanding professional services team in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities:
- With the support of Senior Team members, working with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop detailed design solutions for a broad range of construction drawing projects
- Using Revit on a daily basis and some AutoCAD
- Demonstrate a high level of technical quality and service delivery
- Ensure that all designs comply with building regulations, codes, and standards
- Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building control submissions
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project requirements
- Participate in design meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, and construction methods
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field – recent Higher Education Students from CIAT accredited courses welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Clean UK driving license and own transport
