A leading Glasgow architectural practice is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their team on a 6 month contract, supporting delivery of a major £120m mixed use development. What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the delivery of a £120m mixed use development through RIBA Stages 4-5
• Producing and coordinating technical drawings, specifications and detailed packages
• Working closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design queries
• Assisting with site coordination, technical compliance and construction stage problem solving
• Ensuring information is accurate, coordinated and aligned with project standards

What you’ll bring

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist
• Strong experience in RIBA Stages 4-5 (essential)
• Confidence producing detailed technical information and coordinating with wider teams
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast moving project environment
• A proactive, delivery focused mindset
