Sales Apprentice Opportunity
Glasgow. This is a field based sales role. Your week will be a mixture of office based and going to customers sites for meetings. Johnson Controls, Braidhurst House, 2 Finch Way, Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill. ML4 3PE. You need to be willing to travel.
To get on this prestigious apprenticeship programme we require National 5’s in your English and Maths. Please include your certificates in your application alongside your UK Driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients and key decision makers
- Generate new business opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and market changes
- Work alongside experienced sales professionals to maximize growth
- Master the art of cross selling, upselling, and white spacing
- Gain firsthand experience in sales strategy, customer engagement, and territory management
Learning and Development
- Shadow industry professionals to gain real world experience
- Learn about cutting edge products and technology
- Assist in designing solutions, processing quotes, and managing projects
- Collaborate with teams across the business, ensuring seamless service delivery
Education
- BMS PROGRESS Level 4 Sales Executive
- Mix of college learning remotely and hands on mentoring. College will be day release remote.
Qualifications
- National 5’s in English & Maths
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to travel, work away and stay over in hotels when needed
- Team spirit, hardworking, communication skills, and a love for technology and Engineering
