Airport Operations Leader: Team & KPI Champion

Job Description

Swissport UK&I Glasgow Airport is seeking an Airport Team Manager to lead daily operations, motivate staff and deliver safe, high quality service in line with customer expectations and brand values.

You will drive P&L performance, manage labour to revenue targets, and develop leadership across a diverse workforce while engaging with unions and stakeholders. This role reports to the Station Manager and requires strong change management and decisive leadership.
