Airport Customer Returns & Service Specialist

Job Description

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Customer Service Returns Assistant for our Edinburgh Airport location. You will work as part of the vehicle returns team, delivering world-class customer service throughout the rental process and assisting customers in car parks during both pickup and drop-off.

The role requires a clean driving licence with at least four years of driving experience, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
