Job Description

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in London is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to build the organisation’s AI Platform. You will design, implement and own core capabilities that every AI product relies on, from retrieval and memory to agent orchestration, model access, evaluation, guardrails and observability.

Reporting into the Data, Technology and Innovation division, you’ll set technical vision, engineering standards and quality benchmarks for the team, collaborating with stakeholders
