As Aftersales & Operations Manager, you’ll report directly to senior leadership and take ownership of a critical function at the heart of the business. You’ll oversee:
- Service, Parts, Rental & Aftersales Administration
- Fleet utilisation and operational efficiency
- Customer service delivery, uptime, and fault resolution
- Team leadership, structure, and training
You will be instrumental in building a high-performing, compliant, and commercially focused operation, ensuring contracts are delivered successfully while identifying opportunities for growth.
