Aftercare & UASC Social Worker: Youth Transitions

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Social Worker for the Aftercare and Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) Service, based in City Chambers, Edinburgh. The role is 36 hours per week with a salary of £40,501 – £47,639 per year.

You will work with Looked After and formerly Looked After young people up to their 26th Birthday, assessing needs and developing support plans, in a multidisciplinary team that delivers statutory support and guidance. PVG scheme checks are required.
