Aftercare Social Worker – UASC & Care Leavers (Edinburgh)

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is recruiting a Social Worker for the Aftercare and UASC Service in Edinburgh city centre. The role supports Looked After and formerly Looked After young people up to age 26, assessing needs and creating robust support plans.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, contribute across service strands, and be prepared for PVG scheme requirements and pre-employment checks as part of safeguarding responsibilities.
