Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Rural Out-of-Hours Care

Job Description

NHS Borders is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the BECS Out of Hours GP clinical team in the Scottish Borders. The post requires using advanced clinical judgment to assess, diagnose and manage patients across primary care emergency settings, community hospitals and patients’ homes.

You will work closely with Out of Hours GPs and Advanced Practitioners to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care, including support for the Out of Hours Community Palliative Care Service.
