We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Paramedic Practitioner to join our Edinburgh Division. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established multidisciplinary team providing high-quality care across our Leith, East Craigs and Maybury practices.
The role is predominantly home visiting across North Edinburgh, delivering same-day and urgent clinical assessment alongside proactive, holistic care for our frail and vulnerable patient population. You will be supported to work autonomously while having easy access to experienced GP colleagues whenever required.
Working closely with the Lead On-site GP Partner at each practice, you will become part of a collaborative and supportive clinical team where shared decision making, continuity of care and excellent patient outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
