Job Description

NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join the Home Visiting Team in Helensburgh. You will provide high-quality care to frail and housebound patients, undertaking home visits and clinical assessments.

The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, possess an Advanced Clinical Assessment qualification, and be confident working within a multidisciplinary team.
