Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is looking for an Advanced Diabetes Nurse Specialist to join the District Nursing Service in Renfrewshire. This full-time, permanent position will involve assessing and developing individualized care plans, delivering tele-health consultations, and providing high-level clinical interventions.
