An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our friendly General Practice team delivering a compassionate, high-quality service to 8,500 permanently registered patients. The position is to cover 8 sessions per week over 4 working days.
You will be supported by 3 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, Senior ANP, Practice Nurse, and a Health Care Assistant, Practice Prescribing Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Mental Health Nurse, Community Link Worker and highly trained, efficient administrative team. We are proud to be a teaching practice, hosting clinical placements for the University of Glasgow in addition to training NHS Lanarkshire Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
We believe in a healthy work / life balance and offer flexibility in working hours. We are a friendly very welcoming practice who believe in mutual support. We meet daily for coffee, lunch and have regular clinical meetings to foster collaborative working. There is always a GP available on site for support.
We work from a large, modern, purpose-built surgery operating the Vision Clinical System and Docman Document Management System.
Our practice is located centrally within Bellshill and is supported with good transports links from M74, M8 and East Kilbride Expressway, approximately 20 minutes from the West End of Glasgow.
Salary – Band7/8a (depending on experience and academic qualification)
