Administrator (Rehabilitation Assistant)

Location: Hamilton, Scotland

Hours: 35-37.5 hours per week

Proclaim Care offers an opportunity for an administrator to join our team as a Rehabilitation Assistant. This office-based role requires commuting to our Hamilton office near Glasgow.

Job Description

This role provides the opportunity to improve the lives of service users by working collaboratively with clinically qualified Rehabilitation Managers to deliver exceptional care through efficient case coordination, accurate documentation and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

Duties

  • Providing administrative and coordination support to Rehabilitation Managers to ensure efficient case management and positive client outcomes.
  • Coordinating appointments, services and funding requests, maintaining compliance with processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary stakeholders including service users, service providers, insurers, solicitors and healthcare professionals.
  • Preparing and issuing accurate documentation, referral letters and reports in line with company standards.
  • Managing case files and databases to ensure up-to-date, accurate information and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Monitoring and progressing tasks, prioritising workload to meet KPIs and customer specifications.
  • Supporting Rehabilitation Managers with arranging services, equipment, travel and adaptations for service users.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and participating in professional development activities.

Person Specification

This position would ideally suit an individual with administrative experience who has worked as a personal assistant, medical or legal secretary and has experience handling confidential information. Full training will be provided.
