Part Time Onsite Administrator – Wishaw

Overview

Hours of Work: 10:00 – 14:00 Monday to Friday on site at our customer’s premises at Wishaw.
Salary: 12 per hour
Company Car: None
Reports to: Contract Manager

Scope:
Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for an Onsite Administrator to join our team based in Wishaw. The successful candidate will be focused on supporting with gathering our drivers’ availability, completing licence checks, weekly payroll and maintaining the compliance and accuracy of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest levels of operational support to all the sites aligned to the region. This should include but not be limited to:
  • Support the Contract Manager with forward planning by obtaining and tracking our driver weekly availability to work.
  • Maintain close working relationships with all drivers and staff across each location using the tools available
  • Maintaining best practice as outline by the business.
  • Ensure all minimum standards associated with our booking & management process are maintained
  • Support the Consultant with the onboarding process of our workers.
  • Manage and maintain all systems
  • Ensure support for the Contract Manager to deliver 100% compliance audit rating for the sites aligned to the region.
  • Support effective roll out of any new internal initiatives/projects.
  • Manage day to day worker issues around pay, holiday, sickness, attendance etc.
  • Ensure all personal objectives are always met.
  • Escalate in a timely manner any known operational issues that might involve the senior Customer and/or Pertemps management.
  • To maintain the highest levels of communication both written and oral with the client, the flexible workers and within the Pertemps management team.
  • Ensure that all relevant payroll deadlines are met at all locations, managing the flow of information between the client and our internal departments.

  • To meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminder.
