Administrator Role in Hamilton
Salary £24,000 to £26,000 per annum

Administrator required to join a leader in the facilities management industry, arranging engineers and subcontractors schedules. The Administrator will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to thrive in this role.
The Administrator will receive:

Daily Responsibilities:
- Efficiently arranging engineers’ and subcontractors’ schedules.
- Managing the input and output using the CAFM systems
- Handling a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
- Providing prompt responses to email and telephone inquiries.
- Using Microsoft software such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated background in Administration or a related capacity.
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Capable of task prioritisation in a fast-paced setting.
- CAFM system experience with elog, concerto and sub-contractor experience (preferred)
