The Role

This permanent, part time role (30 hours per week) is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the Purchase Ledger while supporting the wider finance function.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will help ensure our financial processes run efficiently and accurately. The role is based at The Lemon Tree, with occasional working across all our venues. Hybrid working may be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure the smooth running of the Purchase Ledger, including timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices.
  • Maintain supplier records and manage purchase orders.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries promptly.
  • Support weekly supplier payment runs.
  • Review and maintain aged creditors and GRNI reports.
  • Reconcile credit card receipts.
  • Assist with finance data collection across the organisation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and wider team.

About You

  • Has experience in a finance or accounts payable role.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
  • Ideally has experience with Sage Intacct or another accounting system.
  • Has strong numeracy and communication skills.
  • Is highly organised, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Can work independently while contributing positively to a team.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, creative environment is key.
