Account Manager / Estimator – Glasgow – £25-35k (depending on experience)

We have an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on diversity in their role. Our Client seeks an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work within their team as an account manager and estimator.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills when liaising with internal and external contacts – updating customers, fellow account managers and the production team.
• Speak with clients on the telephone and in person, listening to customers and asking questions to gain a better understanding of their needs.
• Strong understanding of the printing industry to work with customers and suggest solutions from our client’s product range.
• Put together quotes for qualified leads, both large and small bespoke projects.
• Follow up quotes at a suitable time.
• Process quotes in a timely manner, efficient and with excellent time management skills.
• Use computer, numeracy and MIS (management information system) skills proficiently in a print industry related MIS system.
