We have partnered with a leading Insurance Broker firm to recruit for an Account Handler, this role can be based either working from Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Main duties:
- Working with private clients
- Speaking with commercial handlers and account executives
- Deliver high level of customer service at all times
- General enquiries
- Mid- term adjustments
- Obtaining quotes and closing business
- Invoicing
- Cross selling
