400kV Senior Authorised Person – HVDC Site Lead (Scotland)

Job Description

Hunter Philips is supporting a major EPC contractor on a large UK HVDC project in Scotland. The successful candidate will act as the 400kV Senior Authorised Person for site operations, managing safety documentation, permits and switching activities, and supporting the installation and commissioning of HV infrastructure.

They will ensure adherence to National Grid Safety Rules and site procedures, review contractor readiness, and provide technical HV safety guidance across the project lifecycle.
