My client is a self-proclaimed professional and equally loud MSP based in Edinburgh city centre that has been well established since 2000. They’re partnered with some of the biggest tech giants from Avaya to VMWare and are specialists in all things Microsoft! 2nd Line IT Support

Main Duties:

  • Supporting their growing base of small-to-medium clients
  • Working on exciting projects
  • Working on the fast-paced, buzzing ServiceDesk
  • Ensuring infrastructure and critical services are running smoothly

Tech Stack:

  • Strong hardware skills
  • Virtual Servers – Hyper-V/VMWare
  • Networking
  • Routers/Switches
  • Strong 2nd Line IT knowledge
