We are looking for a clinical Service Manager to join our high-performing Senior Mental Health Management Team and help shape the future of community mental health services across Dumfries & Galloway.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with authentic, compassionate leadership skills and a commitment to clinical excellence, staff wellbeing and ensuring value for public money. You’ll play a key role in delivering our Directorate’s vision while leading services that make a real difference to the lives of local people.

Based at Mountainhall Treatment Centre Dumfries, you will work closely with a well-established management team that is ambitious, supportive and focused on continuous improvement.

What we offer:

• Full-time post (36 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Participation in the out-of-hours management on-call rota
• Flexible working options, including up to one day per week working from home and a maximum 9-day fortnight
• Dedicated office space at Mountainhall Treatment Centre
