JOB PURPOSE
Provide effective and efficient project support and administration services to the Edinburgh Unit of the UK National Poisons Information Service (NPIS), to support the effective delivery of the service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing the TOXBASE user registry and undertaking effective communications with service users of all levels to support timely provision of poisons information to healthcare professionals across the UK and internationally. This includes acting as first point of contact for any enquiries and responding appropriately, often urgently without prior notice and liaising with a wide range of staff within internal and external organisations.
