Job Description

We are recruiting for the position of BBV Community Clinical Nurse Specialist at Western General Hospital, NHS Lothian.

Applicants must demonstrate permission to work in the United Kingdom and satisfy all necessary immigration requirements through the UK Visa and Immigration Service.

The post holder must possess a PVG Scheme membership or record. If the candidate is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult), an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before starting work.

Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, the post may require a different level of criminal records check. If assessed as a regulated role, appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
