Job Description

NHS Scotland is seeking a proactive, hands-on operational leader to join the management team within the Highland Hub, providing leadership for a 24/7 call centre service. The role requires management of Hub Controllers and ensuring timely access to care.

You will rotate shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays, working with Key Stakeholders, Integrated Services and NHS24 to keep the right care at the right time.
