The Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced PMO Analyst with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of project support to join Project Services which is part of the Information Services Group (ISG). We are an established specialist team of dynamic and friendly project and programme delivery professionals supporting IT and business change at the University. Our projects include improving business efficiency, enhancing student experience, maintaining IT compliance and enabling digital transformation.

Working as part of our PMO team, you will use your experience and understanding of project delivery to provide high quality PMO services to this diverse community, undertaking change management, communications and benefits management activities and supporting our project systems, processes and assurance. Your day-to-day will be diverse, ensuring no two days are the same as you contribute to projects that make a real difference.

The post is fixed term until 31st July 2028, and has a hybrid working pattern, involving working on campus one to two days a week and when necessary for in person meetings and activities. Working hours are ideally 35 hours per week, but we will consider flexible working requests.
