1:1 Support Practitioner for Adults with Complex Needs

Job Description

Turning Point Scotland is seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to provide person-centred support to adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities and autism, in Montrose-based homes and community settings.

You will deliver 1:1 support, assist with daily living tasks, and promote participation in education, employment, volunteering and social activities, while working closely with health and social care teams. Full training is provided and a UK driving licence may be required.
