Hello! My recent experience with LATAM Airlines JFK Terminal was excellent. The check-in personnel were helpful and communicated in both English and Spanish. Security was a little slow, but that’s par for the course at terminal. The terminal itself is new, clean, and has acceptable amenities, though additional charging points would be welcome. LATAM’s boarding procedure was efficient, and gate agents were informative. In general, I was treated well from check-in to when I left. Excellent service and a good terminal facility to begin an international trip.
