I was made redundant.

This enabled a 15% saving in personnel; a 10% increase in productivity and greatly improved the quality and range of service to the customers. I was made redundant.

Being an excellent communicator and motivator, was appointed team and project leader in charge of a specialist team of logistics technicians to revitalise semi-redundant assets. I completed my contract.
