I am a dedicated and disciplined individual with a strong work ethic. I have extensive experience in the motor finance industry in South Africa, with more than 10 years in a leadership role. My track record is confirmed by the many awards that I have received. My actions and work ethic have earned me the respect of my staff and work colleagues, and I have a calm management style incorporating coaching and mentoring. My commitment to developing processes and systems has contributed to the success of the region in which I have worked. I work very well independently, but also as part of a team.
I am practical and hands-on, enjoy physical activity and am capable of general maintenance, DIY, etc.
I am humble and willing to put in the effort to show any future employer the contribution that I can make to their organisation, no matter how small the role. I am excited to explore opportunities outside my previous field, at any level.
